Fenugreek is basically herb that traces its origin from the plant family line of Fabaceae from Southern Europe.
Fenugreek is used as natural cure for Acne. It is a green leafy vegetable that grows in winter in India. The leaves when dried are also known as Kasuri Methi. If fresh Fenugreek cannot be found,the dried version can be found in Indian stores all over the world.
Soak the dried Kasuri Methi in wam water and then make a paste of it, and apply it on your face and wash it off in the morning. If you cannot keep it overnight. Keep it for 1/2 hr and wash off.
Fenugreek as also used an effective treatment for skin problems such as abscesses, boils, burns, eczema, gout and ulceration of the skin. Therefore, a simple skin inflammation remedy is to take a spoonful of fenugreek and grind it into powder.
